Sirach 19:29
Good News Translation
You can know people by their appearance. The first time you look at them, you can tell if they have good sense.

A person is known by his appearance, and a sensible person is known when first met, face to face.

Merely by looking at people you know what they are like. And the first time you meet, you can tell if someone has good sense
