Sirach 16:6
Good News Translation
The Lord's flaming anger will break out against a small gathering of sinners or a disobedient nation.

In an assembly of sinners a fire is kindled, and in a disobedient nation wrath blazes up.

If a small group of sinners sets the Lord's anger ablaze, then it will be worse by far if a whole nation is sinful.
