Sirach 13:26
Good News Translation
If you feel cheerful, you will look cheerful, although making up proverbs calls for some intense thought.

The sign of a happy heart is a cheerful face, but to devise proverbs requires painful thinking.

A smile shows you are happy, and a tired look may mean you have been trying too hard to think up a proverb.
