However, I will release him if you will pay me 6,000 pounds of silver and send two of his sons as hostages to guarantee that he will not revolt against us when he is released."

Send now one hundred talents of silver and two of his sons as hostages, so that when released he will not revolt against us, and we will release him.”

I'll set him free as soon as you send me 100,000 pieces of silver and two of his sons as hostages. That way he won't rebel against me anymore.
