I. AMAZING AUDACITY — "My house."

II. UNSCRUPULOUS DISHONESTY.

1. Not a particle of its materials belong to him.

2. Not an effort in its workmanship was his.

III. INTENSE SELFISHNESS. Why does he return to the house, for injury.

IV. EGREGIOUS FOLLY. Possession precarious.
