Clarke's Commentary on the BibleThey shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine - When threatened with great evils, Amos 5:11, it is said, "They shall plant pleasant vineyards but shall not drink the wine of them." Psalm 53:6 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores his people, let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!
