Siloam. C. M.
Salvation.

Salvation! oh, the joyful sound!
What pleasure to our ears;
A sovereign balm for every wound,
A cordial for our fears.

2 Salvation! let the echo fly
The spacious earth around,
While all the armies of the sky
Conspire to raise the sound.

3 Salvation! O thou bleeding Lamb!
To Thee the praise belongs:
Salvation shall inspire our hearts,
And dwell upon our tongues.

All Invited. (446)

How, vast, how full, how free,
The mercy of our God!
Proclaim the blessed news around,
And spread it all abroad.

Cho. -- I'm glad salvation's free!
I'm glad salvation's free!
Salvation's free for you and me,
I'm glad salvation's free!

2 How vast! "whoever will"
May drink at mercy's stream,
And know that faith in Jesus brings
Salvation now to him.

3 How full! it doth remove
The stain of every sin;
And makes the soul as white and pure,
As though no sin had been.

4 Poor trembling sinner, come!
God waits to comfort thee,
Come, cast thyself upon his love,
So vast, so full, so free.
