Deuteronomy 7:10
HEB: וּמְשַׁלֵּ֧ם לְשֹׂנְאָ֛יו אֶל־ פָּנָ֖יו
NAS: but repays those who hate Him to their faces,
KJV: And repayeth them that hate him to their face,
