I. אֲנָקָה noun feminine crying, groaning, in distress (Arabic ) Malachi 2:13 ("" דִּמְעָה, בְּכִי); construct אֶנְקַת Psalm 12:6 (of poor, אֶבְיוֺן); Psalm 79:11 (of prisoner אָסִיר), so Psalm 102:21.
